Pastor Jeff Collins
Fatherhood Advocate

Pastor Jeff joined WPCC as a volunteer in 2015 when he realized there was a need to help fathers in our community. He saw an opportunity to walk alongside men and considered it a joy to support them in this role. In 2018, Jeff stepped away from his volunteer position but came back to help grow the ministry in 2023. After much prayer, he joined our staff in June 2025 and began working as our Fatherhood Advocate.

Jeff and his wife have been married for 42 years. They have been blessed with four daughters and eight grandchildren! Jeff was called to the ministry 33 years ago. He served as youth pastor for the first year and a half but has served as senior pastor for the last 31 years.
Jeff looks forward to growing the fatherhood program and continuing the work that has already been established. He is excited to support fathers as WPCC works to develop strong leaders in homes and in the community.

Jeff relies on God’s direction for the Fatherhood ministry and believes “It’s All About Life.”
Life is a gift from God. He has given men a specific role in the life of their children. When a father understands that role and works toward fulfilling that role we see healthy children, living productive lives, becoming successful leaders, that will one day become fathers and mothers themselves, and they will be better equipped in their roles as parents. We are not just looking to change one life, we are looking to change generation after generation and see healthy families.
